Both plans allow you to top-up RM50/month to enjoy an extra service.

How does the subscription process work?

We offer two subscription options — each with its own cycle:
RM69 Standard Plan Month 1: Payment only (no service yet — but you can top up RM50 for an add-on service if needed!)
Month 2: First service begins (choose Mattress or Sofa cleaning only for the first session)
Month 3: No service (optional RM50 top-up available)
Month 4 onward: One service every alternate month

RM88 Premium Plan
Month 1: Payment + First cleaning service starts immediately (choose Mattress or Sofa cleaning only for the first session)
Month 2 onward: One service every month

You can top-up RM50/month to enjoy one additional service under either plan. Choose the plan that suits your lifestyle best!

Yes, but your first cleaning session is limited to either our Mattress Cleaning Service or Sofa Cleaning Service—any size you like!

After that, you’ll have the freedom to choose any of the four services below:

Yes! You can top-up RM50 to get one additional service per month. However, you can only top-up once per month.

No, the Mix & Match Mou Plan has no contract. You can cancel anytime, anywhere, without penalties.

Yes! If you stay subscribed for 6 months, you will receive a FREE Part-Time Maid Service in your 7th month as a special reward! 🎉

Important Note:
Services must be used within the pre-set months: Month 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and so on.

Our Customer Service team will give you 2–3 calls before the 25th of the month to confirm your preferred service.

However, if we’re unable to reach you or you don’t confirm your selection by the 25th, your service for that cycle will be forfeited.

Since this is a subscription plan, we’re unable to offer refunds for unused or skipped services. However, you may still enjoy the plan benefits as long as your subscription is active!

Yes, you can! If you’d like to transfer your plan to a friend or family member, just let our customer service team know in advance. We’re happy to assist.

• Curtain Steam Cleaning
• Pillow Steam Cleaning
• Toilet Glass Steam Cleaning

These will be done during the same appointment at no extra cost!

Yes! No matter which service you choose, we’ll bring all necessary equipment and cleaning tools right to your doorstep.
